Our portal integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online via Intuit's official OAuth 2.0 API. When you authorize this connection, we receive access to your QuickBooks company data. This access is used exclusively to populate your Stratum financial dashboard.
You may revoke this authorization at any time from within your QuickBooks Online account settings. Revoking access will disconnect your QuickBooks data from the Stratum portal.
Intuit's privacy practices are governed by Intuit's Privacy Statement.
Our portal may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., payment processors) that are not owned or controlled by Stratum. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by our Services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of third-party sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any personal information to them.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted authentication tokens, secure HTTPS transmission, and access controls that limit data visibility to you and your assigned Stratum partner only.

We retain your account and financial data for the duration of your engagement with Stratum and for a reasonable period thereafter as required by applicable law or our record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below.

Our services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.
